Study System in Ancient Times

In ancient times learning was verbal.The students stayed at the teachers house for 10-12 years and the teacher teached, what he preached best for his students.No exams were taken.The knowledge became more efficient when the Guru thought so.
When the studies of the student were complete he left the Guru and gave him Guru Dakshina 
as fees and a tribute,sometimes he also served him for few years.
After studies the student was able to earn his livelihood and his life in calm manner.The student was much more efficient than those of today.

Schools & Teachers Of India

The Government has opened many school in villages and illtrate areas,this a good step towards the progress of Indian,but are the schools good enough?According to survey conducted in village schools many of the school teachers are themself illtrate.A teacher was asked the spelling of the months of the year and the results were really shameful.January was written as Janvary,Apple was written as Aple.The poor students were also learning this thing.Who is to be blamed here,the innocent students are learning a knowledge which is of no use.This must be improved by the Indian Government

Why Students Cheat In Exams?

In India to each student marks mean everything.Parents also force their children to get good marks in exams.None of the student is allowed to live their dream but is forced to study and do a job under a government bank.Parents are afraid as the Indian society is such that no one can live his/her dreams without bribery in any field.
The pressure of getting good marks and good grades sometimes even force the student to leak the question paper or cheat in exams,as parents would punish them if they are not getting good marks.
Parents want their children to live their dream but not the child to live his dream.

Sometimes this pressure so much that the students commit suicide or sometimes kill their parents.

But in some cases the students do not study the whole year and last time mug up process creates pressure on the student and makes the student to take wrong path.Cheating in the exam making chits are some of the things that the students do in the exam.

Parents must understand that they should preesurise their children and let them live their dreams.And the students should also study at time so that the students are able to do  well in the exams.

Draw Backs of Examination System in India

One of the major problems with the Indian education system, as it stands now, is the way examinations are being conducted. It has been the same over the years where the students have went to an examination hall, then given an examination in a short time where they are supposed to give their best with respect to the questions that they face and then waited for the results. Quite often it has been seen that guys who have prepared all the year have suffered nerves on the big day or some other problem and then had a poor exam while someone who got questions he or she was acquainted with had a terrific examination and then basically had a good result.
The biggest problem is that there is way too much question of chance involved over here – anything could happen and that could unsettle even the best of students. In order to offset this problem we are nowadays seeing new systems being introduced such as mid-term or semester examinations and unit tests. All these are better as they provide students with a lighter schedule that allows them to branch out to other areas of life such as sports and extracurricular pursuits such as music or drawing which is where their main talent lies. However, the major problem with this scenario is that it encourages students to study for marks and remember things for the short term – only to forget them by the time the next examination happens.

At a cursory glance there are plenty of things that could be said to be wrong with the education system in India. To start with education in India does not cover each and every child in the country. Then there is the ever increasing gap between the government owned institutions and the private ones as far as factors like quality and facilities are concerned. However, there is one issue that has always escaped the notice of the stakeholders – the common people, the authorities, the teachers and also the students perhaps and that is the system of exams in India.

• Start Studying Early.
• Read through the entirety of your notes that will be on the exam.
• Prepare good notes and carefully.
• Ask your teacher about test material.
• Do practice questions.
• On day of the exam, set your alarm atleast two hours before the test.
• Review your past test.
• Go to the class before the test day.
